This booking form is only for a payment with a credit card. - Art 1 : The campsite regulations must be respected. Animals are not allowed. - Art 2 : All rentals are nominative and cannot be sub let. The number of people is strictly limited to that provided for in the contract and cannot exceed five. If the number exceeds that mentioned in the contract the owners have the right to refuse the additional persons. Any modification to or breaking of the contract for this reason will be considered at the clients initiative Management must be informed of any visitors. - Art 3 : The rental contract should be signed and returned with a deposit (25% of the total cost of the rental plus 25 € administration charge). The rental takes effect after reception of our written agreement. This agreement must be presented upon your arrival. - Art 4 : The total cost of rental is fixed according to the dates mentioned in the contract. No reduction will be made for late arrival or early departure even if the management has been advised. - Art 5 : The balance (less the deposit) is payable in advance upon arrival. In the absence of written notice (recorded delivery letter), of delayed arrival rental will be cancelled 24 hrs after the intended arrival and the management reserves the right to use the chalet as it wishes. In this case the integral cost of rental is still required. In case of cancellation = the deposit and the administration costs will not be returned. - Art 6 : Rental is from Saturday to Saturday, except if stipulated in the contract. Check in time is between 16 hrs and 21 hrs. Departures are between 7.30 hrs and 10 hrs. - Art 7 : A guarantee of 300 € is required on arrival and an inventory carried out. On departure an inventory will be done between 7.30 hrs and 10 hrs. In the absence of any deterioration and if no cleaning is necessary the guarantee will be refunded. In the contrary situation the guarantee will acquired by the management and an invoice issued. If the inventory cannot be carried out at the desired time the guarantee will be kept by the management (maximum one week) and returned by mail (eventual costs due to damage will be deducted and invoiced). - Art 8 : The premises and all the material at the renters disposal must be looked after and returned in perfect working condition and clean : A charge of 50 € will be billed on the deposit for any necessary cleaning. But you can book in advance a cleaning service by our camping = fixed price 36 €. - Art 9 : The renter must be insured for all damage or incident concerning their responsibility. Optional cancellation insurance is available with this contract.
