- The campsite regulations must be respected (displayed on site)
- The form applies to one site only and strictly personal.
- The site be available on arrival starting 12 AM and must be free by 12 AM before leaving.
- The stay must correspond to the dates mentioned on this form.
- No refund will be made in case of late arrival, early departure or days away from the campsite.In case of departure, the empty site will be at the campsite administration’s disposal.
- The deposit will be refunded only if the stay is cancelled thirty days before the date of arrival. After that date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Sites are kept for 24 hours. After this period, they will not be kept, unless informed.
- The complete payment of the services is required for damages, if the cancellation comes from us and except in case of absolute necessity your total payment will be transferred.
- Confirmation of reservation will be sent to you on receipt on this form.
- The booking form must bear your signature and include a deposit of : 70 € ( including 45 € for the stay and 25 € for booking fee).
- The deposit can only be refundable if the dates of your stay are the same as those on your booking.
